・Delivery company and delivery method

Orders placed with MENYA FABRIC will be delivered by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.

For items such as Japanese clothing accessories, which are A4 size (31.2cm x 22.8cm) or less, 2.5cm thick or less, and weigh 1kg or less, they will be delivered by "Nekoposu" (a postal service) which will be delivered to your mailbox. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be taken back and a missed delivery notice will be posted.

For items larger than this, delivery will be via Yamato Transport or SAGAWA courier service.

You cannot specify a delivery company.

・Delivery time

If you place your order by noon, products in stock at the store (pre-made kimonos, pre-made haori, obi, other accessories, etc.) can be delivered the next day at the earliest (Honshu area).

Your order will be shipped from our store on the same day or the next day.

You can check the delivery status and tracking number from the link in the notification email that will be sent after 5:00 p.m. on the day of shipment.

Shipping is done every day from Monday to Saturday, except for our designated holidays and the New Year holidays. Shipping is not done on Sundays and public holidays.

・Specify delivery date and time

Due to the system specifications, it is not possible to specify a time at checkout, but if you write your request in the message field of the shopping cart, we will do our best to accommodate you.

You can also specify a delivery time on the delivery company's website.

*Free for purchases of 30,000 yen or more (excluding tax)

*For orders under 30,000 yen (excluding tax), the following shipping fees (by region/table) set by our store will apply.

*If you are unable to receive the item due to refusal to accept or long-term absence, we will charge you both shipping fees and handling fees.
