Denim woven with Sakamoto Denim's GIZA cotton is the highest grade plain weave fabric among cotton fabrics. GIZA cotton has long fibers and can be woven with fine threads, so it is light yet strong without the stiffness that is typical of denim. In addition, it is soft and has a silk-like luster that is elegant and stylish. It can be paired with a variety of obi.

Although it is a single-layer kimono, the fabric is fine and sturdy, so we recommend wearing it from autumn to spring (late October to early April) as a lined kimono.

Due to the characteristics of the dye, there is a possibility of color fading, so we recommend washing it alone.
